Welcome to the May 15th, 2021 Edition of Lingerie Sewing Round Up!
If you are new around here, the Lingerie Sewing Roundup is a curation of a few projects, tips and tutorials, and ongoing events in the lingerie sewing community. These posts will encompass swimwear sewing and activewear sewing as well. It’s a quick catch up up for you to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea. The roundup is posted twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of every month.

New Underwear Pattern: Violet Panties
Pitt Trading has a new lingerie pattern: the Violet Panties. This pattern come in two rises (low and high) and are listed separately.

New Bra Pattern: Martiza Sports Bra
Primrose Dawn Design just released their first sports bra pattern: Maritza Sports Bra. As per the pattern designer:
Designed for athletic knits with a high spandex content, the Maritza Sports Bra provides support with a beautiful shape. Maritza is fully lined for comfort and a clean finish. Stabilized fabric straps provide extra support.

New Bra Pattern: Mésange Underwire Bra
We have two pattern releases from Small Bobbins. First up is the Mésange Underwire Bra. As per the company:
The Mésange bra is a medium coverage plunge-style underwire bra. It includes a one-piece darted-seam cup that can be sewn unlined or lined, complementing your natural shape. It also includes two band options: a classic, full band, and an elegant, longline band. Mésange was designed as a template for your stash of gorgeous stretch laces, letting the scalloped edge hug your curves as it perfectly frames a plunging neckline

New Underwear Pattern: Merle Panties
Small Bobbins also released the Merle Panties. According to the company:
The Merle Panties are the perfect template for your favorite stretch laces! A quick and simple make, you can whip up a bunch of Merle panties in no time. Merle is a cheeky panty with a seamless front and a center back seam that hugs your bottom.
Merle only requires two pattern pieces and can be made with as few as six passes under your sewing machine.
