Projects & Makes
- Ali had another go at the Bella Panties and made a small to increase the rise. If you find the Bella Panties to be too low-rise, definitely check out her pattern alteration!
- I’m in love with Anna’s striped Jordy Bralette and Watson Bikini swim set.
- Sarah wrote a tutorial on How to Add More Support to Your Bralettes.
- Karu is running a sew-along for her newly released Hanna Bralette Pattern. You can find the sew-along here.
New Free Pattern: Barrett Bralette
Maddie just released a free bra pattern: the Barrett Bralette. According to Maddie:
The Barrett is a sporty femme pull-on bralette (no hooks & eyes) that has adjustable shoulder straps, a triangle opening at center front and a wide elastic band at the bottom. It has a forgiving fit, and is meant to be an everyday basic style.
You can get the pattern here.
New Bralette Pattern: Cartesian Crop
Sophie Hines just released a new bralette pattern: the Cartesian Crop. According to the pattern maker:
The Cartesian Crop is a lined soft bra that is perfect for lounging, sleep, as a light workout top, or a swimsuit! It features adjustable elastic straps and a slightly lengthened silhouette. View One is a simple one piece tank top, and View Two has added design lines for color blocking or inserting trim. The scoop back fastens with a three hook bra closure, and the wide elastic underbust provides support and extra comfort.
You can purchase the Cartesian Crop pattern here.
That’s it for this week. Have a great weekend everyone.
