New Sports Bra Pattern: Athena Sports Bra

Eclipse Lingerie Studio released the Athena Sports Bra Pattern! As per the pattern designer:

Athena is a sports bra with wide crossed straps, an opening in the back; it is edged with pre-folded elastic and a wide elastic retaining band is sewn on the bottom. It also has two panels on the sides and it is fully lined: all the seams are sewn into a sheath, no risk that they will bother you and you can practice your favorite activity in peace.

Athena is available in several versions to match your needs. In addition to the “basic” version, you can add a hook-and-eye fastening at the back if you don’t like to contort yourself to put it on; one (or two) pockets on the side panels to insert keys, coins, a credit card … And add a large pocket on the front to store everything that fits in the small pockets, but also a phone.

I’m pretty pumped about this pattern release! I love sport bra styles that incorporate a hook and eye back for easy getting in and out of the garment. I’ve already purchased this pattern and am looking forward to making it soon!

Note: the pattern is in French.

That’s it for this roundup! I’ll be back on February 15th, 2020 with the next roundup. Thanks for reading!
