News & Events
New Bra Pattern: Darcey Bra
The long waited Darcey Bra pattern by Evie la Luve is now available! As per the pattern maker: The
Darcey bra is a beautiful comfortable soft bra, perfect for everyday wear. There are four different styles included with this pattern and tutorials for how to cut lace pattern pieces symmetrically, add a lace longline and finish the bra with hook & eye tape.
I was a pattern tester for this pattern and I absolutely adore it! The pattern states that it’s drafted for B-D cups, but the pattern in XXS fits my AA cups as well! The only alteration I do need to make to the pattern is shortening the back band by 3/4″.
You can get the Darcey Bra pattern here.
New Bra Pattern: Cosmos Bra
Afternoon Patterns, a new-to-me company, just released the Cosmos Bra pattern. As per the pattern maker:
Cosmos is a soft, romantic bralette designed for light, everyday support. With gently shaped cups, adjustable straps and a soft underbust elastic, it’s both easy to wear and easy to sew. If you’ve ever wanted to make your own bra, but weren’t sure where to start, this is the sewing pattern for you.
